HOW IT WORKS - LIVE STREAMING
LIVESTREAM PRE-PRODUCTION
Once we know where and when your livestream event is happening we’ll take care of the planning and delivery. One of our livestream producers will be your single point of contact and will manage any queries or concerns.
Speaking to the venue staff and arranging site visits let us make recommendations as to how to make your stream look great. We’ll talk to the AV companies looking after the in-room experience. If you’re already working with a venue then we’ll work with them to make sure you’re not booking extra resources.
If you need pre-event testing for your audience we’ll arrange that too.
2. DURING THE LIVESTREAM
Our expert technicians and experienced event livestreaming producers & camera crew let you focus on your event while we organise the logistics.
You’ll be in charge of the action and can choose when to mix Twitter feeds, Facebook Live Reaction polls, PowerPoint slides and VT content.
The internet connection provided by the venue is crucial to the reliable delivery of your livestream. We have tested this ahead of the event but we’ll provide our own bonded 4G backup connection too – it’s included and there’s no extra charge for bandwidth.
3. POST LIVE STREAM
Once your livestream is over we’ll help you extend the lifespan of the content and extract more value.
We’ll already have discussed how you want to distribute the recording at the pre-planning stage. Our job is to make that happen as quickly as possible.
In most cases, we’ll be able to upload an on-demand version to your OVP (online video platform such as YouTube or Facebook) before we’ve left the venue. We’ll also keep a hi-res copy on secure storage in case you want to repurpose the content later.
