What happens after the cameras stop rolling?

Debriefing

In addition to saying, “Well done,” this call covers what went well, what improvements could be made, and any questions the team has about the live event, zoom call, webinar content or what the next steps are. For Boxyard TV itself, we use this feedback to further tailor our services to our client’s needs.

On-Demand Webinar Recording & Editing

Boxyard TV produces professionally-edited, higher-quality recordings. We trim the extraneous live elements, remove any bloopers, and adjust the audio quality as needed, include bespoke on-brand graphics and (optional) stock footage. This leaves our clients with polished webinar content.

What kind of access should I allow for the webinar recording?

What to do depends on your goals. If maximising views matters most, make the recording publicly available on your blog, website, YouTube or Vimeo channel, etc. If generating leads matters most, keep the recording behind a registration page. Some clients have concerns about competitors viewing the recording. In this case, have the potential viewer send an email to request access. An internal staff member can vet the request, then provide access.

Do I want a Full Episode or Trailer?
Why not BOTH? Full Episodes can preserve the entire conversation with just minor amendments, whilst a trailer can offer more creative opportunities with a more defined narrative, with the use of licensed music and stock footage.

Can I charge money for the recording?
You can put a webinar recording behind a paywall. This option works for a select few companies. These companies most often include a webinar recording as part of a broader curriculum or package.

How do I want my webinar or zoom video packaged?
Boxyard TV’s design team can create customised graphical elements including branded video borders and even bespoke motion graphic logo stings to style the video to your specification. Never settle for the outputted Zoom call video layout, always look to define your style - Enquire for examples today.

How do I get quality audio in a recording?
Getting quality audio up front makes the biggest difference. Generally speaking, speaker phones and mobile phones have poorer quality. Landlines with headsets or handsets, and VoIP connections with a quality headset work best. For zoom calls, one trick for recording pristine audio you can buy a professional microphone for around £100 and record your voice separately to the zoom call using free software like Audacity, for adding later in the post-production stage.

How Video Captions Help Attract and Engage More Users
Video captions or subtitles are the written text that’s overlaid on a video representing the spoken part of that video. First and foremost, adding captions to your videos helps boost engagement metrics across the board. Over 28 million American adults are deaf or hard of hearing and captions help those who can’t hear what’s going on in a video understand what’s happening. Finally, captions can do a lot in building your search engine optimisation efforts. When you transcribe your video and include that transcription on your website or in your video description, search engines can crawl that and rank your video higher, since you’re providing text like any other.

How long is a webinar recording useful?
Relevant content always appeals to people. Once the content no longer applies to your target audience, take it down or risk appearing outdated to your potential clients and customers.
